Home Visits

homevisitsHome visits are available to all our patients, however please be mindful that a GP can see 3 patients at the surgery in the same time taken conduct one home visit. We therefore encourage all our patients to attend where possible.

If you are seriously ill and cannot get to surgery, you may request a visit by telephoning 01924 334451 (then select option 2) if possible before 10.30am. The Receptionist will ask for details about your illness to enable the Doctors to prioritise and plan their rounds. Doctors will only visit if there is a medical reason to do so. Please note that lack of transport or inconvenience to the patient or family is not a reason for a visit..

Telephone Consultations

If you are wishing to seek medical advice during our normal surgery hours but do not feel that an appointment is needed, you can request a telephone consultation with the Health Professional Team at Trinity Care. The Receptionist will take your details and the Health Professional Team based at Trinity Care will call you back. We have found that many problems can be resolved quickly by them providing advice.

If the Trinity CAre feels that your problem cannot be resolved over the telephone you will be offered an appointment at the surgery, which will usually be the same day.

Practice nurses are available take queries e.g. immunisations on a daily basis. Please contact the surgery to arrange this and the nurse will call you back.
